Coach Montreux Maeder is a talented player who developed through Northern California’s competitive soccer scene. A Diablo Valley League champion with Campolindo, he took a gap year in 2020 to train and compete in Germany through IFX, an international soccer agency where Coach Jonny is a scout. Upon returning, he played at Foothill College before earning a nearly full-ride scholarship to Hawaii Pacific University, where he competed at the NCAA D2 level and graduated with a degree in Business Administration (3.92 GPA) in December 2024. Currently, he plays for three semi-professional teams in the Bay Area—Oakland Soccer Club (The League), Oakland Stompers (NPSL), and Olympic Club (SFSFL)—as he pursues his goal of playing professionally.
